A 5 STEP ACTIONABLE GUIDE ON HOW TO CONSCIOUSLY
CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY.
STEP: 1
GET INTO A HIGH
VIBRATION STATE
THE MANIFESTATION ACCELERATOR.

In order to influence your reality positively and manifest your desires, you need to habitually
be in a high vibration state.

Positive emotions and pleasant moods are high frequency.


While embodying high frequency, manifestation requires less work, less effort, is easier and
yields faster results.

Negative emotions and unpleasant moods vibrate at low frequencies.


While embodying low frequency, manifestation requires hard work, lots of effort and struggle,
& often times still fails to produce results.
Life’s default state(the default state of the Universe or “your Higher Self”) operates in
high frequencies.

So when you are in a high vibration state, you are aligned to universal consciousness.

This is the reason why we label those emotions as “positive” or “good.” Those emotions are in
alignment with who you really are and that is why they “feel good.”

The closer you are in alignment with your Higher Self, the quicker things manifest into your
life.
Not only that, but when you’re in an aligned state, your big goals and dreams no longer seem
impossible to achieve. Matter of fact, they seem very natural and realistic. In this state,
success comes to you easily and amazing things happen.

Alternatively, when you’re in a low frequency state and emitting negative emotion and
energy, you’re in contrast with the universe. You are opposing life’s default state and this is
why you feel bad, uncomfortable, or even depressed. In this state, life is a constant struggle,
everything becomes irritating, and the worst things happen.

The farther you move out of alignment with your true self, the worse you begin to feel on a
regular basis.

If you try to consciously create your own reality through low vibration states, you will continue
to struggle to see progress and it will be very difficult for you to gain a clear understanding of
how this all works.

So you see, positive living isn’t about believing in flowery things or living in the clouds, It’s
actually a more practical way to live.
It is the only practical way to live because positive energy is aligned with life. Negative energy
on the other hand is destructive.

So if you desire to create your own reality, it is essential that you regularly work on improving
your state of being.

The majority of small problems and inconveniences in your life naturally fade away when you
access states of higher vibration.

Additionally, the other “big problems” can only be dealt with properly when you’re in a
positive high vibration state.

How can you put this into practice starting today?

1. Listen to Classical Music.


2. Move Your Body. Exercise.
3. OM Chanting.
4. Take Cold Showers
5. Meditation.
6. EFT Tapping.
7. Laugh More.

STEP: 2
VISUALIZATION
YOUR MOST POWERFUL REALITY
CREATION TOOL.

Visualization is perhaps the most important reality creation and manifestation exercise.

Your imagination is the workshop in which you create your future. One of the most famous
quotes by Buddha is:

“What you think you become, what you feel you attract, what you imagine you create."

Here’s how visualization creates reality:

Visualization requires you to focus your attention on a reality that you want to experience.
When you are imagining something, you are not just picturing a fake mental image. You are
experiencing a subtler form of reality that currently only exists as imagination.

Yes, your imagination is a subtler form of reality that you have the ability to experience right
here and now in this present moment.

The reality you are visualizing in your mind is vibrating at an extremely high frequency and
can only be perceived through imagination at this time. However, you can begin to condense
this imagined reality into physical form by continuously focusing your attention on it.
Where focus goes, energy flows.
Whatever you put your attention on consistently is where you are directing your life force
towards. Attention is the tool through which you can direct your life force to condense
imagination into manifested physical reality.

To understand this better, take for example: Water.


Water exists in many different forms and adopts multiple qualities. Water exists as a solid,
liquid, or gas and we can experience those three states of water as ice, liquid water, steam,
snow, sleet, foam, etc.

Many different forms, yet it's the same substance: H2o.

Same thing with reality. For comparison purposes, you can consider,

Physical reality(manifested) as solid ice.

Imagination(potential) as steam or gas.

Physical reality is slow, dense, and has inert qualities. Imagination on the other hand is
malleable and has very light characteristics which can be condensed into manifested
physical reality.

When you experience your dream reality right now through imagination, you begin to vibrate
at the same frequency as that reality.

As a result of becoming its vibrational match, your thought energy becomes attuned to the
energy of that reality. And this begins the attraction process.

Because of that, you will now will start to attract opportunities, people, events, and situations
into your life which will make it possible for you to experience the reality you have been
imagining.

What was once imagination gradually materializes into solid physical reality. Is that not
magic?
Most people use their imagination and attention in a very sporadic manner.

But when you start to consistently hone your attention in on a specific reality you want you
experience, it soon starts to manifest through means currently incomprehensible to you.

This makes visualization one of the most powerful reality creation tools that you have at your
disposal 24/7.

How can you put this into practice starting today?

1: Sit in a relaxed posture away from distractions for about 15-20 minutes.

2: Slowly try to calm your mind. Come into silence.

3: Begin imagining the life you want to experience from the 1st person perspective. View your
dream life similar to how you view your current life through your eyes.

4: Visualize a moving image, not a still picture. Feel the emotions and the body sense your
dream life brings to you. Experience what a regular day in your life would feel like after you
have already achieved your goal .

5: Once you are done visualizing, open your eyes, and carry on with your day while
embodying your dream self. Rest in the fulfillment of your dream. It is now granted to you and
will surely manifest.

Do this at least once every day.


STEP: 3
TRUST THE
FLOW OF LIFE
LIFE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND.

The flow of life has the solutions to all of your problems.

You might ask, why is it then that I still never seem to get what I desire? It’s because you rarely
allow life to flow naturally. Instead, you are usually always in a state of control ready to launch
a battle on the outside world.

Here’s the thing, your mind is fearful and it hates uncertainty.


For this reason, it is constantly trying to control the script of your life. Its firm grip of control
actually restricts the flow of life.

I’m sure you can attest to this happening in your life:


1. Someone offers you advice and you’re quick to retaliate and say that you have things under
control.
2. A “negative” event occurs and you lose your emotional balance and fall into a state of
despair.
3. You ask for something but get something else and you act dissatisfied and frustrated.

^All are examples of you fighting against and resisting the flow.^
Every event that is happening to you is helping you get closer to your goals.

Everything in nature works with effortless ease and simplicity. The universe knows exactly
how to get you from point A to point B with the least amount of friction possible. But many of
these events don’t follow a logical trail.

The events that you consider negative or bad are actually just links in the chain on your
path of least resistance.

If you were to simply just maintain the course and keep going with the flow, you would see
how that negative event would have turned into a huge positive later on.

But what usually happens? You resist, you deny, and you fight back - causing unnecessary
friction and getting in your own way.

So one of the most important things you can do is start building trust in the flow of life.

Life is your friend not your foe.

Life is trying its best to give you exactly what you want. It is you who is resisting against what it
is trying to give you.

And here’s another thing, you only “feel bad” because you resist. Once you stop resisting, the
intense negative emotion also starts to subside and the negative time passes fairly quickly.

Ultimately, what you are resisting against is your own wellbeing; your own expansion.

In order to stop getting in the way of the flow, start to embrace all the things that are
happening to you daily and start to live life consciously.
Try to seek the lesson in every situation and discover how this seemingly neutral or negative
event can help you move forward and manifest your desire.

The lesson will then unfold in front of your very own eyes.

Do not forget that the mind only perceives an unforeseen change in the flow as a failure
because it is not written into the mind’s script. How can the mind possibly know exactly which
path leads towards the goal?

The mind has a very limited viewpoint on reality. What you consider to be a failure or wrong or
bad is only due to the limited filter of the mind.

Why not accept the change and see the setback as a success?

How can you put this into practice starting today?

Play the following game:

Greet every setback with joyful surprise rather than annoyance; for apparent setbacks are the
work of universal intention that move us towards our goal in ways unforeseen to us.

At every step of the way, constantly affirm to yourself:


“Everything is unfolding the way that it should.”

Attribute a positive meaning to all events and watch how even seemingly negative events
unfold positively for your future.
STEP: 4
LOVE
YOURSELF
THE WORLD WILL TREAT YOU HOW YOU TREAT
YOURSELF.
Most people try to manifest their desires and create a positive life while hating their current
self and their current life. They wait for something to manifest “out there” so that they can feel
better about themselves and their lives.

From the viewpoint of reality creation, this seems very silly.

Why? Because your reality(the manifested) and You(the one who is manifesting) is the same
thing.

There is no difference between your reality and you.


Your reality is a direct reflection of your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and identity.

It is silly to “wait for manifestation” because what doesn’t exist “in here” can never manifest
out there.” You don’t get what you want, you get what you are.

If you continue to wait for things to happen outside so that you can feel better about yourself,
you will just keep chasing your own reflection.

This is the state that most people live in today. This is also the state that most people who are
new to Law of Attraction and reality creation live in as well.
Here’s a reality creation fact:

You can never manifest a positive reality while being harsh on yourself and neglecting to
appreciate yourself.

With that said, what is then the quickest way to start seeing positive changes in your layer of
reality?

LOVE YOURSELF.

When you stop battling with yourself, when you stop hating and criticizing yourself, your
body, your personality, your abilities, your looks etc, you free up a lot of energy and create
much less friction in your future.

A good way to remember it is this: The world treats you how you treat yourself.
So when you treat yourself well and love and accept yourself, the world will do the same.

Start to embrace your unique traits. You don’t have a single meaningless virtue. All your
“weird” characteristics are unique and individual to your soul; they are the key to your
personal treasure.

Everything you are good at and everything you like and find enjoyable is an indicator of what
your soul incarnated on this planet to do. So do more of what you love, follow your passion
and bliss, and take good care of yourself.
Keep in mind that you will only be of benefit to others if you first take care of your own
wellbeing.

Everything in the world is energy. So think about it, what energy will you have to give to others
if you don’t have any yourself? What support will you give to others if you yourself are a mess?

You are a unique and powerful individual who has the ability to accomplish anything. So act
like it.

You are worthy. You are deserving. You are loved. You are a child of the universe.

Here's a quote by one of my favorite authors:

“You communicate with God by creating the layer of your reality. When you take joy with your
creation, He takes joy with you.” - Vadim Zeland

How can you put this into practice starting today?

1. Spend at least one hour a day looking after yourself.


This could be exercise, meditation, self love exercises, massages, doing something you enjoy,
working on yourself, improving your skills, etc.

2. Every time you catch yourself thinking negatively about yourself, replace the negative
thought with a positive thought and affirm your positive traits.

3. Let go of focusing on your flaws and negative qualities. Simply keep your attention on all
that is good about you. Focus only on your strengths and you'll see that people will do the
same.
STEP: 5
BUILD THE
WILL TO HAVE MASTER THE ART OF ALLOWING.

Here’s a Scenario:
Two musicians are equally talented and produce music which is very good.
One gets famous and makes it onto the big scene. The other musician struggles to get
recognition and has trouble paying rent.

Why do you think this happened?

It happened because the first musician built the will to have while the other musician
couldn’t open herself up to the possibility that her dream might actually come true.

Building the will to have is perhaps the most tricky part of manifestation, yet the most
important.
The will to have what? Your dream. The manifestation of your desire.

Because no matter how many affirmations you recite, how much effort or hard work you put
in, or how much time you spend moving towards your goal...if you disbelieve in your dream’s
reality, then it will not manifest.

Alternatively, if you build the firm will to have, it will not matter how much work you don’t do,
how much effort you don’t put in, it will still manifest.
The will to have can best be described as a state of knowing that what you desire is already
true. It is not about wanting, hoping, or dreaming - it is about knowing.

In this state, manifestation is not about faith, it is about choice. Because where there is faith,
there is always room for doubt. But where there is knowledge, there is no hesitation.

The will to have is a state of pure allowing - giving full permission to the universe to flow
into your life the manifestation of your desire.

However, this can only occur when there is unity of heart and mind.

Most people live with a continuous conflict between their heart and mind where the heart
wants something and the mind firmly denies it. Or their mind is attracted to something that the
heart will not allow.

This disagreement between heart and mind never allows their desires to become manifest.

I'm sure you can remember a time when your heart truly desired something and your mind
instantly denied its request on the basis of it not being realistically achievable?

Unity of heart and mind and the firm will to have is built through spiritual understanding
which comes with practice.

But you can greatly facilitate the process by regularly keeping yourself in a high vibration state
and going in the direction of your heart’s true desires.

In addition to that, start to open your mind up to the possibility that your biggest dreams can
come true.

As you continue taking action, placing one foot in front of the other with the firm knowing that
what you want will surely manifest, it will have no other choice than to do so.
How can you put this into practice starting today?

1: Pursue your feelings. Whenever you are making decisions, always trust your gut feeling.
Those are feelings coming from the heart which knows what you want and how to get you
there.

Don’t ignore those feelings. Your heart is not capable of wanting anything that is bad for you
so how you feel about something is always accurate. Always trust your feelings over your
thoughts.

2: Instead of letting your mind dictate what you can or cannot have, let your heart decide.
Stop justifying why you cannot have something and stop letting your mind get in the way of
your manifestation.

Stop worrying about how things will happen and start trusting that they will. Instead of
thinking and worrying about how your desire will manifest, give your mind a new job.

It’s new job is to try to notice what the heart is feeling and urging it to do. Your mind’s new job
is to notice when it starts to think too much and readjust to affirm that everything is going
according to plan.

3: When you think of your goals, reduce the importance that you attribute to them.

This means stop putting your dreams on a pedestal and making them seem unattainable. It
also means to let go of self criticism and thinking that you don’t have the qualities and skills
required to achieve them.
TIME TO TAKE
ACTION
START TO DELIBERATELY AND CONSCIOUSLY
CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY
