Ans. The recommended steps to follow when you are at home during the
earthquake are:
1. Take cover under a table or bed to protect yourself from falling objects and
debris.
2. Try to keep doors open so that they do not get stuck.
3. Move away from window glass and other items that may shatter during the
earthquake.
4. Turn off gas appliances and the main electrical power to prevent the risk of fire.

Too much rain can cause to flooding and landslides.
Flooding: Too much rain cause rivers to overflow and bring floods in nearby areas
Landslides: Heavy rains lead to landslides in hills and mountains
Too little rain can cause droughts and water shortage
Droughts: It means there is not enough water for crops and plants which can
affect the food supply and can lead to famine
Water shortage: When there is not enough rain, we might not have water for our
essential needs.
